“three-dimension spinesetting manipulation; cervical spondylosis of nerve-root-type;clinical research
目的:本研究通过临床观察初步探讨“三维正脊”为主的推拿法手治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效及其作用机理。方法:将入选的56例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,其中治疗组30例,对照组26例。治疗组采用“三维正脊”为主的推拿手法治疗,对照组采用一般软组织推拿手法治疗。观察其症状、体征、颈椎生理曲度、肌电图等变化。结果:“三维正脊”为主的推拿手法比一般的软组织推拿手法疗效显著;在症状、体征、颈椎曲度、肌电图检查指标改善程度上也优于一般的软组织推拿手法(P<0.05)。结论:“三维正脊”为主的推拿手法治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效显著,结合颈椎的解剖、生理特点和神经根型颈椎病的病理特征的现代研究分析,其作用机制可能是改善神经根局部的刺激和压迫因素、纠正患椎移位、调整颈椎内外力平衡、改善神经根供血不足等方面。
Objective:To study the curative effect and the functional mechanism of treating nerve- root- cervical spondylosis by“three-dimension spinesetting manipulation”. Methods:56 patients diagnosed as nerve- root- cervical spondylosis were divided into two groups at random.Among them ,the test group(30) treated by“three-dimension spinesetting manipulation”; the control group(26) treated by general Tuina manipulation of the soft tissue.Observe the changes of their symptoms、physical signs、the range of physio-curve of the cervical spinal vertebrae and E.M.G etc.Results:The“three-dimension spinesetting manipulation”for treatment of nerve- root- cervical spondylosis has a remarkable curative effect compared with tuina manipulation of the soft tissue.The improvement of the patients’symptoms,physical signs,physio-curve and E.M.G etc is superior to that of using soft tissue Tuina manipulation of the soft tissue.Conclusion:The modern research shows that the three-dimension spinesetting manipulation has a remarkable curative effect on treating cervical spondylosis of nerve- root- type.Combined with dissection,physiological characteristics of the cervical vertebrae,pathologic characteristic and cervical spondylosis of nerve- root- type, the functional mechanism may include improvement of the local stimulation and oppression of the nerve and root ,rectification of vertebral displacement, adjustment of the balance of the internal and external forces of the cervical vertebrae,and improvement of the shortage of blood supply of the nerve root ect. |
